Features
 
  1. An ultra rigid H frame structure reduces deflection to less than 1mm.
  2. Patented 9-linkage mechanism maintains a unique 44° stoppage of slide at B.D.C, enabling precision cold forming e.g. coining & sizing processes.
  3. Improved knuckle driving mechanism that never moves to full perpendicular position and eliminates die sticking near B.D.C.
  4. Very rigid slide and bed creating very low deflection which is less than 1/33000"
  5. soft touch motion reduces impact noise and increases tooling life
  6. A very low release speed at return cycle does not create "vacuum" between tool & die, thus reducing slug problems.
