We are pleased to present our latest catalogue of COMPLETE WORK HOLDING PRODUCTS. We have included many new items that have been thoroughly engineered and tested. Besides our standard products, we can custom fabricate: Tooling columns, Angle plates, Sub plates. We offer complete turnkey work holding solutions. Our machining capabilities have increased, and can now fully machine jigs & fixtures up to 1500x1500x1700 mm, for cube 2000x4000 mm for plate. All our products are available in both IN & MM.

Features
  1. Material: High Strength Aluminum Casting.
  2. Alignment bushing: SUJ2(JIS) / 100Cr6(DIN), heat treated.
    Threaded Insert: S45C (JIS) / CK45(DIN), heat treated.
    MTP hole spacing: 50 ± 0.02.
  3. Application: Horizontal Machining Center.
  4. Features: Alignment bushing & thread insert at every hole location, easily adapts to standardized jig components.
  5. Eye bolt & top cover included.
