C3 grade ball screw and pretension device improves rigidity and positioning accuracy.
Spindle oil cooling system is standard equipped to efficiently reduce the effect of thermal variation.
X/Y ball screw cooling system (optional) further improves machining accuracy and reliability.
3-Axis box ways and main casting structure parts are made of Meehanite grade cast iron and released the stress by heat treatment.
V10~V20 four box ways type bed provide wider supporting area for heavy loading capacity.
