Features

Designed for high speed precision machining requirements, quick 3 axes acceleration/deceleration, the highest feed rate is 12 m/min.
3-layer T shape machine bed ensures the best rigidity and stabilit.
Double columns & beam are made of single piece construction casting and assembled vertically; box shape beam supporting the 2 linear guides on two different sections gives the best structural rigidity.
Non-counter balance on Z axis allows high speed and quick feed respons.
Fixed end of Z-axis ball screw located on the bottom of the saddle, it balances the spindle and structural thermal deformation and improves positioning accuracy .
