Features

The structural parts are manufactured from high quality cast iron with tempering and normalization treatment. This results in optimal stability of material and long term accuracy without deformation.
Linear ways on x, y-axis and box ways on z-axis. This combined with great span between slideways permits heavy cutting and high speed machining.
Extra wide force distribution area on the beam. Slideways feature increased stability on the spindle head when performing heavy cutting.
BT50 spindle taper.
The spindle is driven by a two-step gearbox.
Standard spindle speed is 6000 rpm.
8000/10000 rpm belt-driven spindles are optional.
24 tool magazine with arm type ATC.
