Features

Main shaft of the machine is sleeve style, which is supported by two sets of high-accurate bearing. Easy maintenance and easy replacement. In strong rigidity, it keeps accuracy and stability for long.
Oil feeding system is installed on main shaft, dual-tail shaft and driving pinion gear, which is enforced system can increase lubrication on parts, and keep long life use for long operation.
In order to be conveniently used, micro-adjusting screws are installed on No.1 and No.5 for adjustment of parallelism and obliquity.
Oil flushing system is installed on cam device, which can keep use life of cam and clean from machined attachment. The design is two-part can be taken off and keep another side for using. Besides, there is hexagon spanner seat which can prevent the spanner from loss.
