Features

The spindle is equipped with P4 precious bearings. Its rigidity is excellent.
Electro-magnetic clutch is used for tapping process. The clutch has high and low two speeds.
Oil flushing system is installed to make cams cool and reduce wear.
The ratio of No. 1 tool (transverse OD tool) can be set at 1:1. That can extend OD working length and lower cam's height.
The OD of the plate disk for No. 5 tool could be 90°. That can increase the feed/retract distance for No. 5 tool.
