Hardened and ground bedways are made of high tensile cast iron to obtain high rigidity.
Broad slideways not only allow heavy cutting and retain accuracy even at a rapid traverse, but also give smooth and steady movement.
Gear-driven headstock with precision ground and hardened shave & gears ensures heavy cutting.
Headstock is equipped with Auto. Lubrication pump to ensure the smooth rotation and power transmission of gears and to extend the life expectancy of gears.
The main spindle is made of CR-MO alloy steel & supported at 3 points with 3 high precision taper roller bearings.
