Features

Box-in-Box structure; symmetric design is good to thermal balance and improve the deformation caused by force.
Both end of saddle with ballscrew and linear guideway, therefore force on axes direction is equalized on it. Machine stability is enhanced while high speed feed rate and low speed machining.
Saddle weight lower to 50~60% of normal T type structure column weight. The design is helpful to reduce the inertia cause by high speed X axis travel.
Middle chip removed design. Chips drops to chip conveyor in the middle of machine directly and move out to the back of machine.
Adopt roller guide on each axis.
