GRINDMASTER SERIES are 3-Axes Complex CNC Internal Grinders. GRINDMASTER SERIES (I/I and I/O Types) uses Computer-aided Numerical Controller to control the work head (X axis), ID or OD wheel head (Y axis) and ID wheel head (Z axis). GRINDMASTER SERIES (I/I/O Types) uses Computer-aided Numerical Controller to control the work head (X-axis), ID and OD wheel head (Y-axis), swivel axis (A-axis) and ID wheel head (Z-axis).
With one time chucking action, the GRINDMASTER SERIES can perform complex and precision grinding operations, ex.: internal diameter, outside diameter, shoulder grinding, taper grinding and end-surface grinding ...etc. It is perfect solution for grinding complex workpieces in small and large batch productions as well as individual parts. Except the time-saving advantage, high-precision concentricity, roughness and roundness accuracies can be achieved easily by using GRINDMASTER SERIES.
GRINDMASTER SERIES is especially suitable for the automotives, machine tools, and aerospace, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric motor supply industries. Top-class Roller type linear quideways are applied in X, Y and Z axis. This design ensures the positioning accuracy of 3 axes. ID/OD wheel head (Y-axis) has automatic swivel function (A-axis). A-axis is driven by Fanuc β4 servo motor.
